Archish’11 was truly an unexpected experience for everyone who was a part of it and has set even higher expectations from Archish’12 in terms of grandness, design and thoughtfulness. Efforts put in by every single person from all the verticals and horizontals was simply impeccable. The passion among the students was soaring unimaginable heights. This year Archish took a complete turn with respect to the theme. The theme this time was Corporate Gothic in an attempt to explore the darker side of people! Because in Corporate success is what matters, accomplishing your target by hook or crook is normal. So, are you prepared to be devilish for achieving success? The passion and hard work of students with support of management and staff for 4 months created history. The campus was decorated keeping the theme in mind. The overall sponsorship for the event was worth Fifteen lakhs from sponsors like Evalai, News 9, Coca Cola, Minglebox, The Hindu, Body & Soul Spa, Pathfinder Edu Solutions, Honda motors, Tata motors, Toshiba and Mascot. Archish’12 crossed the footfalls benchmark of 500 that included Corporates, Participants, Students and Alumni. The total number of participating institutes was 22 out of which 18 were for management battles and 4 were for cultural events like SDM Mysore, Jain University, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of management Mumbai, IBA Greater Noida, Christ University, Kristu- Jayanti College, JGI, Adarsh Group of Institutes etc. The total no. of vertical were 9 namely Finance, Marketing, HR, B-Quiz, IT, Retail, Operations, Best Manager, B-Plan and Cultural. After 2 tough days of battle the grand finale was held on the evening of 2nd day. With all the zeal, passion and spirit to rock the stage on IBA floor the participants of Rock band, Fashion Show and Group Dance thrilled the audience each and every moment. It all ended with lots of learning but although the sun set on Archish’11 but the rise of Archish’12 had begun.
