Following the panel discussion, participants engaged in deliberations comparing traditional economic models with sustainable development frameworks. Experts emphasized that India’s future growth strategy must balance rapid technological advancement with ecological sustainability and social impact. A significant part of the discussion centered on India’s economic roadmap, including future growth targets, productivity enhancement, innovation, and the expansion of emerging sectors. Students were encouraged to build interdisciplinary competencies by combining economic knowledge, policy understanding, digital literacy, and ethical leadership to contribute effectively to national and global development.

The conference also included reflections on the recently presented Union Budget by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, where panelists analyzed its implications for fiscal planning, entrepreneurship, innovation-driven growth, and digital infrastructure development. These discussions enabled participants to connect academic theories with real-world policy frameworks and understand how budgetary decisions influence sustainable investment strategies and economic transformation.

An important highlight of Day One was the commencement of the Research Championship and Debate Championship Prelim Round, where participants showcased their analytical thinking, research capabilities, and argumentative skills on contemporary economic issues. The preliminaries witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who presented innovative perspectives and engaged in intellectually stimulating debates, reflecting their preparedness and academic rigor.
