education. She holds a PhD in Marketing and has held senior academic leadership roles, 
including Director General, Pro Vice Chancellor, Chief Academic Officer, Academic 
Director, Dean, Director, and Principal, at reputed institutions in India and overseas. She has 
been instrumental in establishing educational institutions, introducing innovative academic 
programmes, strengthening accreditation and quality assurance systems, fostering industry-
academia partnerships, and driving institutional transformation. A prolific writer and thought 
leader, she has been a regular newspaper columnist since 2004, contributing extensively on
