Ms. Nayana S. Rajeev is a dedicated academician, currently pursuing her
Ph.D. from Annamalai University. She holds an
MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing and is
UGC-NET qualified in Labour Welfare and Human Resource Management.

With over seven years of academic experience and one year of industry exposure,
she brings a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights to her teaching and research.
She is also the author of two books published on Amazon Kindle, titled
Workplace Whispers and Pixels to Profit.

Her teaching and research interests span across Talent Management, Digital and Social Media Marketing,
Brand Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Organisational Behaviour,
and Training and Development. Passionate about empowering learners and advancing
scholarship in HRM and Behavioural Science, Ms. Nayana is committed to bridging the gap between
academic theory and real-world application.
