Fresher’s Party – Batch 2020-22

FRESHER’S PARTY FOR BATCH 2020-22

Date: 9^th May 2021

It was a breath of fresh air for the students staying on the campus amidst all the chaos ensuing around. The Fresher’s party had a smooth run. It was not only an event for entertainment but also a competition to select Mr & Ms Fresher or Mr & Ms Astral for the batch.

The event began with a welcome to the Batch 2020-22 and a briefing about the whole event. Post that, the ball kept rolling with multiple dance performances, singing performances, ramp walk and fun games. In between these, the three rounds of Mr. & Ms Astral competition also went along. The three rounds were the Introduction round, Jam round (1-minute talent show) and an individual task, given by the judge, Prof. B M Gourish. The task round had six topics to speak upon, and the participants had to choose through chits.

At the culmination of the competition, Mr Narender Singh Dhami was chosen Mr Astral and Ms Asha R as Ms Astral. The day came to an end with a sumptuous and delicious at the Santripti (Student’s mess).
