GL – Lean Startup Methodology by Chandrashekhar

A guest lecture was held on September 5, 2022, at Indus Business Academy, Bangalore. Founder of Anova Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. Chandrasekhar Kupperi delivered the speech. Mr. Kupperi has experience working in several industries as a chartered accountant. He’s employed for the LORNAMED Group at the moment. He has participated in 11 deals as an angel investor, 4 disinvestments, and refinancing in India, Europe, and North America. Through WebEx, the meeting was planned. Lean startup was introduced to the class to start things off. The expert demonstrated the start-up model and its scaling up for the audience. Lean startups are well-known examples, the resource person continued, citing popular brands like Instagram and YouTube. The resource person spent a lot of time discussing the causes of the startup failures. The purpose of a business is to create in the proper way, he said, adding that “Lean Startup says don’t sell what you can produce, make what you can sell.” He closed his presentation on a happy note. The students gave a final vote of appreciation and agreed that it had been a wonderful experience. Enthusiasm and energy were abundant during the session.
