Training Program on ‘Road to Corporate World’ by Global Human Resource Development Centre

The Global Human Resource Development Center hosted a training event on “Road to Corporate World” on October 12, 2022, at Bangalore’s Indus Business Academy. They conducted the programme for two days.

The “Road Corporate World” training programme was organized by the Indus Business Academy and delivered by the GHRDC (Global Human Resource Development Centre). Ms. Mekhla Sinha and Ms. Neha Kapoor conducted a two-day training session (11.10.22-12.10.22).

The “Importance of Summer Internship” was used to assist us. The preparations that must be made in advance of the summer internship, such as choosing a topic of study, learning as much as possible about the field, writing a resume, etc. Also, we received instructions on how to construct a basic résumé and the Dos and Don’ts of the summer internship.

The students were divided into groups of three for a personal mock interview round that followed. The interviews were conducted by Ms. Mekhla Sinha and Ms. Neha Kapoor, who provided comments to each student on how to strengthen their communication abilities and develop their resumes.

The two-day training programme by the GHRDC came to a conclusion with this.
