Mr Sengupta explained the future attributes of HR and also discussed the challenges about talent risk and 5Cs which are Capacity, Capability, Cost, Connections and Compliance. He further discussed the changing business and people environment as new business models straddle the ‘BANI’ word as Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear and Incomprehensible.
Mr. Sengupta also mentioned about the changing Paradigms which are basically of two types namely Operative and Strategic. The operative paradigm refers to driving employee experience in each transaction and understands and recommends the right HR solution and metrics. The strategic paradigm refers to the custodians of Talent plus Culture and enables high business outcomes and plans to build for the future.
