Prof. Joseph Dolphin is a well-known leader in the global IT industry with over three decades of experience spanning North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. He has successfully led transformative initiatives for clients across diverse sectors, including Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Government.
Prof. Joseph has held senior leadership positions at Siemens, Accenture, and Capgemini, where he spearheaded large-scale SAP package-enabled transformations and drove enterprise innovation. A serial entrepreneur, his first venture was successfully acquired by Andersen Consulting. His second start-up, EDG Cornerstone, is a next-generation EdTech platform recognized as the EdTech Start-Up of the Year by the India School Awards 2025.
Prof. Joseph is passionate about ensuring IT and Management Consulting businesses truly “Deliver to Promise” and champions people transformation through a unique pedagogy and toolset he calls “Experience in a Classroom.” He is always ready to “Go With You To Market,” bringing hands-on support and leadership to client-facing initiatives.
An accomplished academic, Prof. Joseph holds an Electrical Engineering degree, an MBA from FMS Delhi, and a PhD from IIT Ropar, with research interests in Customer Engagement, Service-Dominant Logic, Online Fashion Shopping, Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence Voice Assistant, and Augmented Reality Interactive Technologies.
Prof. Joseph is also a TEDx speaker and the author of the Amazon Bestseller, “What They Still Don’t Teach You In Project Management School”. His work continues to shape the future of technology, education, and leadership on a global scale.
