On 14th September 2024, Indus Business Academy hosted a guest lecture by the founders of Bae Ninja, who shared key insights on entrepreneurship with a focus on execution over idea generation. They began by emphasizing that bringing ideas to life is more important than merely having them, supported by a video from Aadit Palicha, founder of Zepto. 

The speakers encouraged self-reflection, urging students to assess their skills and aspirations to unlock their entrepreneurial potential. They introduced their start-up, Bae Ninja, which aims to mentor and support university students with business ideas, offering resources like mentorship, collaboration opportunities, and business-focused guidance.

They distinguished between business-driven and innovation-driven start-ups, noting that business-driven ventures often lead to higher profitability. A framework for collaboration and idea development was also discussed, along with the importance of setting execution-based milestones to measure progress.

The session concluded with advice on overcoming emotional challenges, such as rejection and shyness, by remaining persistent and confident. Overall, the lecture provided valuable practical and motivational insights, leaving a strong impact on the audience. The founders’ diverse industry experience in AI, automation, and IT added depth to the discussion.
