“Basics of Entrepreneurship” – Mr. Chandrashekhar Kupperi

On January 12, 2023, Indus Business Academy in Bengaluru organized a guest lecture on the subject of ‘Basics of Entrepreneurship’. Mr. Chandrashekhar, founder and CEO of ANOVA Corporate Services, Kupperi was the chief guest. 

Mr. Chandrashekhar Kupperi talked about the value of having a solid business plan, remaining one step ahead of the competition, and keeping a positive outlook in his guest lecture on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. He also spoke about the value of having a solid team, comprehending the market, and viewing failure as a teaching opportunity. He also talked about how networking and developing relationships are crucial for business success. 

Mr. Kupperi underlined that in order to succeed, one must be willing to take risks and be abreast of current business trends. He stressed the value of having a clear vision, being aware of the market and client needs, and establishing realistic targets. He also stressed the significance of developing the appropriate abilities, remaining persistent, and adopting the proper attitude. He emphasised the need of creating a company plan and utilising technology to boost productivity. He also spoke about the value of alliances and networking in order to succeed.
