Burning Bush 2021

Burning Bush, IBA’s sports and cultural extravaganza conducted every year at the beginning of the academic year. “Burning Bush” is named after two famous authors of marketing research, Alvin C. Burns and Ronald F. Bush. The motive of hosting burning bush is to ensure a good rapport gets built between the juniors and the seniors. The event was organized and administered entirely by a team of senior batch students under the supervision of the IBA administration.

Burning Bush 2021 started on 7th May 2021 with great zeal, excitement, and a frolic atmosphere. The main aim and driving force for conducting Burning Bush 2021 during these pandemic times were to normalize the lives of people who are in IBA, to distract them from the outside world negativity, and drive them towards positivity.

Burning Bush 2021, inaugurated both online and offline, in a ceremony that was graced by the Founding CEO & Chairman, Programme Director, and faculty members, witnessing the club secretaries’ consent to comply with the rules and regulations set by the administration team of Burning Bush 2021.

The inauguration ceremony was followed by the auction ceremony, being reintroduced, in Burning Bush after many years. The auction aimed to make Burning Bush 2021 a fight between equivalents rather than a fight between 1 or 2 stronger clubs. Another highlight of Burning Bush 2021 was the “No-paper tournament” idea wherein the use of paper was reduced almost entirely, and scoring, rules, and regulations everything was done using laptops.

The main attraction of the Burning Bush 2021 was the cultural event held on the last day of Burning Bush, where students showcased their talents in Dancing, Singing, and Skit.

The overall winners of Burning Bush 2021 were “Dolphins” with maximum points, followed by “Navigators”.
