Dr. Anju is a dedicated and passionate HR professor with over 20 years of experience in academia and industry. Her academic mission is to empower the next generation of HR leaders by imparting practical knowledge, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering ethical practices.She has taught at several institutes of repute and has also been a Research Supervisor for Ph.D. scholars pursuing their FPM(AICTE).
Teaching Philosophy
Dr. Anju believes in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can explore HR theories, apply them to real-world scenarios, and develop essential skills. Her teaching approach emphasizes:
