Dr. N.R. Aravamudhan is a Professor in Organisation behavior and Human resource management. He has about 23 years of teaching and research experience in reputed management institutions. He holds a Ph.D. from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, and Anna University, Chennai. He also cleared and qualified for UGC NET in 2019 in a single attempt with a high percentile score. He has a little over 50 research papers to his credit His research work is published in reputed national international journals including Scopus indexed and ABDC listed. His research work has achieved more than 211 citations with an h-index of 6. His research interest includes positive organizational behavior, Thriving at work, and HR capacity building.
