Muruganandham(RM) is a meritorious alumnus of Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai (TCE), holding two Ph.D degrees. He is an active researcher and a passionate academician with 27+years of experience having served with premier institutes like TCE and PSG Tech. He has published many articles in Q1, Annexure 1, ABDC, Scopus Indexed journals. He has presented many papers in conferences hosted by IITs, IIMs, Anna University and chaired sessions in many conferences including IIM Bangalore, PSG Tech, TCE etc, For all the accomplishments, the credit goes to his teacher and mentor Dr.N.Jawahar, Dean-Research and Development, TCE, who has been guiding and motivating since 1990. RM is also a student of Prof.U.Dinesh Kumar, IIM Bangalore. RM was also acting as The Company Commander of 4 (TN) Engineers Co. of TCE from 2003 to 2017 and has participated in many trekking expeditions and camps across India. He has mentored and trained many of his students for India Army, Navy and IAF.
