The introduction to digitalization, the Government of India’s flagship initiative to make India a knowledge-based society and economy, kicked off the seminar. He gave us all a tour of the different stages and tiers of the digitalization process. He focused his presentations on three elements: the device, the user, and the internet. This kept us all interested and kept the conversation moving along. Later, Mr. Dhritiman Ghosh made the workshop tremendously interesting by highlighting ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) and segmentation, which are Audience, Acquisition, Behavior, and Conversion.
Thanks to his wide knowledge and rich experience, Mr. Ghosh brought a unique viewpoint and contributed value to the conversation. The conference came to an end with an emotional vote of thanks from the professors and students.
